How can I order?
  • Website - You can order through our website by adding a product to your cart, login, and complete the ordering process once you are done. You will receive an order summary in your email once your order is submitted. If you would like to retrieve your order summary, it can be found in your account under .
  • Shopee – You can order through our Shopee account by searching for “hauteholdings” or head to our Shopee page at https://bit.ly/hauteholdings-shopee. Be sure to follow our Shopee page to get the latest updates of new or restock products.
How do I reorder?
  • Website - please click on the "Reorder" button on any of your previous orders. The cart will open after you click "reorder," allowing you to modify the products or quantity.
  • Shopee – under your account, please search “View Purchase History”, click on item and click on “Buy Again”.
What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Gcash & Paymaya.

Should you choose to buy now and pay later, Atome is available for selection. Do take note that a 5% transaction fee will be added to the net price upon checkout.

Is Cash On Delivery available?

Unfortunately we do not accept Cash On Delivery. Purchase of orders must be made with the listed payment methods above.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please check your account balance if the payment is still rejected. If you are still not able to make payment, do contact support@ourhaute.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

We highly recommend customers to check their order before checking out. Once order has been made, the order cannot be canceled.

Can I return a product?

Unfortunately once the order has been made, it will not be refundable.

Do you have the item in stock?

Every item that is displayed on our website is available. Should the item be out of stock, the “order” button will be replaced with “join waiting list” and you will be notified via email once the item is back in stock.

How do I create an account?

Go to this page https://www.ourhaute.com/login and click “create a new account”, then fill in all the necessary information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified via email for verification.

How can I retrieve my password?

How do I change my personal details?

We have an SSL certificate to protect our online store. Consequently, the data you enter is secured and inaccessible to outsiders.

How do I track my order?

When the package has been sent, we will email you the tracking code. Or you can login to your account and visit My Orders.

What is the shipping duration?

Shipping duration will be stated in the order confirmation via email. As we are using international express couriers, their stated lead time will be an estimated 5-10 working days. However, this may vary across couriers and supply chain constraints.

How much are the shipping fees?

As we provide worldwide shipping to your doorstep, shipping charges will vary as each country’s shipping requirements are different. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

What courier services are available?

Only air freight is available for locations outside of Singapore, while parcel delivery is available within Singapore.

How do I change my shipping address on the website?
  • Step 1. Login to our website
  • Step 2. Select "my account," and then click "edit.".

The shipping address can also be changed at the checkout page. Simply click "edit" to the right of "shipping address."

The shipping address cannot be edited or changed after checkout. Should you require to change, please cancel the order before checking out, buy the product again, and modify the shipping address.

Can I apply to become a distributor for Haute’s products?

Yes, do send in a request to support@ourhaute.com and we will respond accordingly.

How can I obtain a bulk offer?

Please note that this feature should only be used if the purchase is above 20 pcs. You can use the shopping cart to contact us with offer requests when you are logged in. All you have to do is select "offer request" and then add the items and quantities you want. A proposal will be sent to you.

Can I pay with an invoice?

If you are a new or existing distributor with Haute Holdings, you will be able to pay with an invoice. If you've placed multiple orders at ourhaute.com but the invoice payment method isn't available during checkout, please contact support@ourhaute.com.
