Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Transit Time: 15–18 business days.

Total Delivery Time: 16–20 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, courier delays, or incorrect shipping details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $199 USD qualify for free shipping.
For orders below $199 USD, a standard shipping fee of $25 applies and is shown at checkout.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective.
