Charming Family Gift is operated by OUR HAUTE LLC, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests must follow the guidelines below.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are produced on demand, our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed.
Cancellation Window: We offer a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.
After 12 Hours: Once this window has passed, your order is sent to our production facility in Florida to be crafted. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
How to Request: Please email infi@ourhaute.com within 12 hours of your purchase with your order number.
Processing Refunds
- Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions & Important Notes
- Bulk or special orders: May require additional approval for cancellations.
